I'm wondering why it says through november 2nd and isn't in effect anymore. I saw it when it was $2.50 and didn't buy it because I thought I had through the 2nd

Neither, I saw it day of on the 31st, didnt get it. Decided to get it on the first and it was back to $20.

Ah, that was weird.  A gaming site I visit read that it was only a 1-day thing but the post on Steam seemed to indicate it was good through the 2nd.  I think there was something else they were promoting that was good through the 2nd, but their verbiage was confusing.
